If Michel (the adult patient with headphones on) is comatose, he should be intubated as he cannot breathe by himself.

Thibault uses a gray (outer diameter 1.63 mm) injecting needle for the teenage patient. It is a very "thick" (and thus very painful) needle to inject with, especially a young patient. Most intravenous injections can be done in adult patients with a green needle (1.27 mm) or even an orange one (0.63 mm).

Thibault regains consciousness minutes (if not hours) after having been hit, which means that he would have been intubated and sedated then admitted to an ICU and not just left to breathe for himself and put in a regular ward bed.

At 57'43" Rose speaks but her lips are not moving.

Thibault puts the cap back on the needle after having injecting the patient. This should never be done, so as to avoid accidental pricks with a soiled material.

Thibault would never have been placed in a soft collar: either he suffered a whiplash injury and he needs a proper 3 point rigid collar or nothing.
