When the XO, Buffer and Lieutenant Bailey return to the galley after investigating a noise they discover that the radio in the galley had been ripped out. After Buffer and Two Dads are locked in the freezer, the XO is on her own against Talbot. In evading Talbot she retreats to the galley. In this scene the radio has miraculously reappeared.
Lt Bailey is clearly shown as dead. Swain zips up the body bag with XO as a witness. Then, a few minutes later, Talbot shows up in the body bag with no explanation of how he got there.
