"Tiger Tean - Der Berg der 1000 Drachen" tells the story of the well-known Tiger Team, three child detectives, who fly to China to find out about the mystery of three old keys, shaped like dragons. As they try to make sense of their information, they soon have to learn that they're not the only ones trying to solve the case.
Plausibility shouldn't be your biggest concern when you watch this film. It is a movie for kids, follows its own logic but convinces with an element of mystery and a very creative set design that makes it easy for children to dive into the exotic world depicted. Even though most of the characters are pretty one-dimensional, a beautiful plot develops and guarantees to keep the audience entertained throughout the playtime. Interestingly, the case is solved with more luck than skills, which, in the end, is probably pretty plausible if you think about it closely.
All in all this is a movie I would have loved as a child. It is not superb from an objective point of view but it is nice and harmless entertainment with an element of mystery and thrill.
