Fighting, drinking, long hours and discrimination from the townies and the cops are all part of the show for the carnies of American Carnival. Some are born into it, others know of no other family. Muzzy, one of the old timers, remembers the days of the pinhead families, famous midgets, and the motordromes. Enter the midway lifestyle, one of laughter, screams and faded clown paintings, into the subculture of the carnival. Just who are these people who call carnies anyway?
