The New Soundtrack gave me goosebumps. This whole episode did. Again left with an incredible cliffhanger. Guys, even if you aren't into anime, just give this show a try, i'm telling you it's gonna blow your mind. This was the first anime I've ever watched and it has become my favorite show of all time. As a manga reader, having to experience those still images animated, it gave me absolute satisfaction. MAPPA did a beautiful work here. And wait till you see the next 2 episodes, it'll be the beginning of the greatest piece of fiction ever created, if not already now. Sneak Attack - 9.5
And Please don't review-bomb this.
There's nothing for you to achieve by doing it. Just stop, please. What'll take for you to get to your senses?

The reasons for this 1 star bombing make NO sense.. if i dont like something i usually tend to avoid it, so why do you actively seek out what you dont like? This wont make your favorite show any better or more popular.. if anything it just ruins the reputation of it! I wish we could all just come together and enjoy this masterpiece! I dont know why this has to be a compatition, cause every anime is good for their own seperate reasons, so stop comparing them! Lets all just appreciate each others favorite anime/shows, Enjoy them and stop this reviews bombing
I enjoyed this episode A LOT!! Lots of epic moments!! Better than the previous episode which was a great start! Yelena's face was freaking scary! That scene with Gabi and Falco really got to me.. Very emotional! Got super excited when Ashes on fire came on! Solid soundtrack in this episode! The hype and succes will only increase from here, and a 1 star is never gonna change that.

First episode was amazing, solid 9/10 for me. This episode was phenomenal. It was not perfect however, as I feel it could have been paced a little bit better. And I believe that this episode has the best score of any aot episode ever. That new ost that was playing at the beginning of the episode was amazing. Also, as a manga reader, be prepared for another phenomenal 3 episode stretch on the level of "Perfect Game", "Hero" and "Midnight Sun" in season 3 part 2, and "Declaration of War", "The War Hammer Titan" and "Assault" in Season 4 Part 1. It's going to get that good, and it could very easily be better than those if adapted well. Lots to look forward to! (also please stop review bombing)
What an episode MAPPA, first off I love the new music and especially the apt music choices, such as APETITAN being used for Zeke's entrance and how consistent the character designs are right now. And is that a 2D beast titan I see? I can't even tell the CG and 2D apart anymore.
I like how a more sombre version of "The Fall of Marley" plays while Reiner and Eren were going at it, as if deliberately in sync with his pitying of Eren. It's "The Fall of Shiganshina", but sadder.
And I too love the addition of the birdcages as an allegory of Gabi's ignorance of her actions and brainwashing, with the scene of an open birdcage placed right after she confesses that there were no devils, only humans. The juxtaposition just yells Gabi getting out of the forest to me.
Following Mr. Braus's words on opening a dialogue and seeking mutual understanding, Gabi reflects on Reiner's feelings and the other Eldians she had never even met before. It's great to see Mappa put some care to develop Gabi's character growth in ways they didn't need to. It's such a nice touch.
Another easy 10/10 for both MAPPA and AOT.

Despite everything, AOT never fails to deliver and this season especially. The pacing, the animation, the story, everything is just so perfect, 12 years into watching anime never even once I find myself THIS excited for an episode to release. AOT really is phenomenal.

Just perfect. The preamble of what's to come, preparing the ground for the best. AOT it's become a cultural phenomenon and now understands why. This story is a necessary emotional fact in popular culture.

I haven't seen the subs yet but the soundtrack used throughout this episode is astonishing especially the apetitan ost during zekes arrival was absolute goosebumps. The character design and countenance is consistent since episode 1 and the VA of gabi really nailed it especially eren screaming is terrifying mah boi Yuki kaji always pulls it off as expected from him. Pacing is good and cgi perfectly blends to the environment and titan fight seems better than episode 1.
Also before I forget please stop review bombing the episode it's very immature, rate the episode fair and square then at least provide a valid constructive criticism if you don't like it this isn't a contest.

As expected, CGI is better than before and the pacing was slow but its not a bad deal, I actually found it even better. As usual, the voice acting is ridiculously incredible especially Erens scream and the animation was exquisite and a sight to behold. The ost choice is great as well. The only thing that's not great was the childish people review bombing this without giving an appropriate criticism.

This was an amazing episode, however there is one problem. At this pace, the anime can't finish in 12 episodes, unless they rush it. So far, only 2 out of 22 chapters have been adapted, so there should be 22 episodes right?!

The episode was really good. Watched it without subs but I'm a manga reader so yeah. It was really well done and the OST choices were perfect. Made the Yelena face scarier than the manga really🤣

This episode had some of the best animation out of any episode we've seen in Attack on Titan. Certain characters that's were focused on also had very emotional scenes. Attack on Titan has the strongest cast in Anime, Manga and maybe even all of fiction. The music and scope of this episode was epic and the stakes were set extremely high for what will be a stretch of some of the best episodes in Television. This series is a Masterpiece.

I love AOT and this episode is amazing with phenomenal animation (MAPPA is truly goated). But why is almost 5/22 minutes of footage dedicated to scenes we have already seen in the last episode? Hoping this slow pacing does not continue for the rest of the season.

The episode was fire: the animation, soundtrack, characters designs, titans desings, everything was goated. I hope optards or kny fans come to rate it 1 star and low the position of the episode. Excelent and Aot is really a masterpiece and one of the best anime in all time (If not the best one)
