When we first see the clerks in the master shot of the office, the Assistant Clerk (Eric Scheiner) stands away from the Head Clerk (Bob Jodka). This moment is quickly followed by a close up of the Head Clerk's reaction in the foreground while in the background we see the Assistant Clerk standing beside the Head Clerk. After the close up, the next cut reveals the Assistant Clerk once again standing away from the Head Clerk.
The morgue attendant (Jon Fisher) and the private security guards (Jim Connell and Anthony DiMarco) sneak up behind Zeno (Angel Connell) as he straddles the corpse of Michelle Morgan (Zenobia). Yet from the reverse angle, neither the morgue attendant nor the guards can be seen approaching Zeno.
The Head Clerk (Bob Jodka) isn't holding his clipboard (it's on the counter) during the scene with the field-flattening effect as Martha Morgan (Robin Reck) approaches him. However as she walks by the Head Clerk, said clipboard suddenly appears in his hand.
Zeno (Angel Connell) pulls back the shroud from the corpse of Michelle Morgan (Zenobia) and exposes her face, chest, and shoulders. Yet immediately from Zeno's POV, we see that the shroud is still pulled up to the dead woman's throat.
The hands on the clock above the Service Clerk (Jeff Corveau) and the Assistant Clerk (Eric Scheiner) remain frozen in the same spot even though almost five minutes of dialogue has transpired during the course of the scene.
