In this story, there is a flashback where Picard's mother died when he was a boy. This contradicts a previous event on Season 1 of TNG where he saw an apparition of her as an old woman which implied that she died of old age.
The crew of La Sirena is outgunned by the Borg, yet when Raffi and Seven kill one of the Borg drones, they do not take his weapons.
However, 'smart guns', only operable by the owner, are available on Earth in the 21st century. It is mot unreasonable to suppose that the Borg would take similar precautions with their weapons, so there would be no point in trying to steal them.
The Elnor hologram is seen sporting a mobile emitter, similar to the one The Doctor wore on Star Trek: Voyager (1995). He is a creation of the ship's systems and the entire ship is equipped with holographic emitters. There is no need for him to be wearing a mobile emitter. But the Borg could easily destroy the ship's emitters or try to gain access to his programming, so it seems logical to have his program stored not in the ship's database but in an independent unit like the mobile emitter.
The Elmor hologram is seen sporting a mobile emitter, similar to the one The Doctor wore on Star Trek: Voyager (1995). The Doctor's mobile emitter was brought back from the 29th century to the 20th century by Captain Braxton. Since the Federation's timeline no longer exists, there would be no Captain Braxton of Starfleet to have made that journey and introduce 29th century technology early, nor would there be a USS Voyager to have retrieved that technology from 20th century Earth and brought it back to the 24th century. None of that precludes the possibility that someone could still have invented the mobile emitter, even in the absence of the Federation.
When Seven and Raffi are pointing their weapons at the Borg Queen, you can see a large blood stain on Seven's white shirt. That blood stain happens after the Borg queen disarms Seven and Raffi not before.
In fact, the blood stain happens before this. While they were running through the chateau, they were attacked by the Borg/soldiers and one of them sliced Seven's arm. In a later scene, after they dispatch those soldiers, Raffi bandages her, but some blood most likely already soaked through her shirt. This all occurs before they meeting the Borg queen on the ship.

In his memories of when he lost his mother, Jean-Luc recalls his mother wanting to play a game with him and then teaching him the rules of hide-and-seek. While his specific age is not stated, he looks to be at least 10-12 years old, far too old to have never heard of hide-and-seek before. However, he appears to have had a fairly solitary childhood, with few friends, so he might never have learned the game (if it is even still popular in the 23rd century, in a world full of sensor devices).
After Seven of Nine's Borg implants are restored, she touches the implant above her left eye and it moves, showing that it is not affixed to her skin or skull.
When Elnor leaps over the railing, the angle of his fall is not consistent and he lands with very little force, revealing the the actor was clearly on wires.
When planning hot to retake La Sirena, Seven of Nine tells Raffi it's a 50 yard sprint across open terrain from the chateau to the ship. In the exterior shots, the ship is more than 100 meters from the chateau and the entire area is wooded.
Seven of Nine tells Raffi that she was barred from serving in Starfleet after Voyager returned to the Alpha Quadrant, despite the recommendation of Admiral Janeway. In Stardust City Rag (2020), Icheb, another ex-Borg that Voyager brought back to the Alpha Quadrant, was shown to be serving in Starfleet with a rank of Lieutenant.
The Elnor hologram somehow has the real Elnor's memories and personality. There is no way the hologram could have been programmed with those.
The crew of La Sirena is outgunned by the Borg, yet when Rios is transported back to Tallinn's office, he makes no attempt to arm himself from her arsenal before attempting to return to the battle.
While stuck in Tallinn's office, Rios attempts to rewire a control panel to gain access to its command functions so he can beam back to Paris to aid his comrades. Rios has never even seen Tallinn's technology before. There is no way he'd know enough about it to be able to rewire it.
When planning on how to retake La Sirena, Seven of Nine tells Raffi it's a 50 yard sprint across open terrain to get from the chateau to the ship. In the 25th century, they use the metric system, not the imperial system.
Jurati reminds the Borg Queen that she once loved Seven of Nine. The Borg Queen that she's speaking to is the one from the timeline of the Confederacy, not the timeline of the Federation. While this Borg Queen has a sensitivity to and awareness of other timelines, she is not the same Borg Queen that Seven of Nine knew in the prime timeline.
