Archive recordings were used for dialog from Spock, Odo, Scotty and Uhura. It's what makes their utterances sound a little disconnected, robotic and limited in the scenes. In the case of Spock, the vocal qualities sound greatly mismatched as at least one sentence sounds strung together nearly word for word.
Dal calls Odo "Jellyman" without ever seeing him transform into a gelatinous state.
Uhura announces an approaching Klingon battle cruiser, but the ship shown is Bird-of-Prey, which has always been portrayed as a smaller and lighter class of ship.
