Where's the Variety in the show
Love the queens love the outfits. Don't get why Miss piggy was on the show that was just bizarre. And the variety show was basically queens dancing around to their autotune songs. That was pretty lame so therefore I'm giving this episode a rating of seven. There have been much better opening episodes.

Wooooooo!!!
I can already tell this season is going to be so refreshing! Honestly no one bombed, just some didn't do that well. The lip sync song was a CHOICE... only bad thing about the episode really.

"Come on AS6 lets do better then AS5"
After that mess we call "All Stars 5" people blamed the new format for it being messy, In All Stars 6 this is the complete opposite, The drama behind the queens votes is amazing also the talents this ep were amazing the only critique is the horrific editing, It seems very rushed (Especially the lip syncs)
Rushed premiere with a very promising cast!
Though not a bad start, the All Stars 6 premiere lacks the grandness and vitality of its predecessors.
The episode contains issues regarding pacing. As there are 13 queens this season (the largest All Stars cast so far), viewers aren't given any time to get to know the queens. By the time audiences are introduced to one queen, the show is already pushing another one in the entrance door. Because the episode is so packed full of content (the reading challenge and variety show), little screen time is devoted to seeing the queens interact and enjoy themselves. This leaves this episode feeling a bit empty compared to the regular All Stars episode.
These pacing issues will be solved in subsequent episodes as queens will be eliminated and the episodes will be less busy, allowing for more time to be spent developing the queens' relationships.
The variety show was solidly decent, however, it provided less variety than past talent shows as most queens either lip synced or sang. This meant that there wasn't any stand out iconic performance like Aja's voguing on AS3 or Tatianna's spoken word on AS2.
Overall, the episode lacked the momentum and intimateness the show has become associated with. However, the cast is extremely talented and have amazing potential. I am excited to see where this season goes!

Meh
Rushed episode leaving me with a taste of overall averageness with a strong emphasis on overall!
Average reads and "varierity" show (I mean most were just prerecorded songs with average vocals) with the same troublesome format as last season. Good lipsynch, great personalities, but all stars needs a looooong break to get its creativity back and running.
