Continuity

At the restaurant Pete leaves his orange soda at the counter and joins Myka at a table. After several shots without it, the orange soda suddenly appears at the table in the last shot.
When Artie leans in to read the accuracy percent between the phone call music and a song, he takes off his glasses. In the next shot he is leaning back away from the computer and his glasses are still on.
When Myka is outside the warehouse it's sunny, except when the ball hits her on the head.
When Artie is in Dickenson's office taking apart his computer, he says "Ok Mr. Knock Knock" when it's not until the next episode that the lights in the power junction display "KNOCK, KNOCK". This suggests the episodes are being aired out of order.

Miscellaneous

Myka and Pete get their first look on the Warehouse Platform.

As the camera sweeps past the dirigible and three WW II Planes hanging by their tails, the camera has a massive ship on the same left side. The scale of the planes to the ocean liner would make the plane pilots the size of 50-foot giants.

The planes and ocean liner are not to scale.

Moreover, the planes are huge compared to the dirigible in the same frame.

Crew or equipment visible

As the bank robbers are getting out of the van during the opening teaser. You can see the cameraman in the reflection of the van's side. Around 1minute 40 seconds mark.

Errors in geography

In the beginning, there is a scene that pans along a street stated to be Chicago. It shows streetcar tracks. However, Chicago does not have streetcars; the show was filmed in Toronto, which does have streetcars.

Plot holes

During the rescue attempt in the FBI Building, Myka could have easily disabled the daughter, back-up singer and sound engineer by firing her Tesla. for unknown reasons, she didn't.
