Warehouse 13

Edit

Continuity

When the kitchen timer on the sheriff's vest-bomb is counting down, there is a close-up of it reaching 19 seconds left. Immediately after, it is shown back to 20 seconds, then 19 again (although less close-up).

Factual errors

The writings on the music teacher's blackboard make no musical sense at all.

Revealing mistakes

After Sister Grace jumps from the church steeple, Pete tells Artie that the snow bank saved her life although she was "busted up". However, when Myka and Father Braid are trying to talk her down, they are shown from several angles and there are no snow banks (large or small) anywhere near where Sister Grace would have hit the ground.

Miscellaneous

The Marie Antoinette museum sign, in French, has at least two errors:

«la morte» means "the dead woman"; "the death" would be «la mort».

«de les» is always contracted to «des»; but «au» or «aux» would probably be better here ("objects made at" rather than "of/by the times of Marie Antoinette").
Secret Service Pete Lattimer collects the suicide vest, but drags the kill switch along the floor with no concern he would set off the bomb inside or outside the church.

Highly trained, Pete would have grabbed the hand-held button plunger and the vest in one move with the seconds remaining. Swinging about, it could have smashed into the doorway, etc blowing him up.

Well-trained and aware of details all those moments prior, he'd have seen the LEFT thumb on the button as much as the Kitchen timer counting down the minutes and second left.

Dragging the button, smashing it into anything would have been a major mistake for any Secret Service agent to do.
While asking to borrow Artie's car, Pete states Mykah truck is still in the shop. Yet in the pilot Mykah pull up in a gray four door car. While Pete pulls up in a SUV aka truck. It's safe to assume, Pete is the owner of the truck, rather then Mykah.
