Ok, Peggy Carter makes kind of sense, because it's in the same universe and all. But, it's a completely different pacing and genre and everything. It's like saying "If you liked 48hrs Later, you'd enjoy Casablanca", but, no, you wouldn't.
The Sherlock and The Other Guys recommendations make about as much sense. Sure, it's two protagonists with a lot of banter. But, so is pretty much half of all films and series out there. But if you want a similar feel to The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, then it would make more sense to actually recommend series/films where the duo doesn't go around hating each other all the time, and where the quips are homoerotic and actually funny. For example, Almost Human, a series with two guys that don't hate eachother, having homoerotic banter, in a sci-fi setting, like, THAT'S a recommendation on the to-watch list. Or, if it's not the sci-fi that got you, but perhaps the action, then, indeed, watch 48hrs Later, because it's hilarious and full of amazing quips. Or, if you are all about the quips only, watch Moonlighting with Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd, because it's fast, funny, and quite mindbending actually.
