Continuity

When Kimiko receives the V-dose, you can see Frenchie take out half the contents of the dose with a syringe. Later on when Kimiko lies down in bed, you can see the dose full again next to the bed.
At about 13:25 when Butcher goes down his hand is on his hip. Next scene his hand is on the ground away from his side. Next scene his hand is at his side on the ground. Next scene his hand is back on his hip.
Given how strong Hughie's PTSD symptoms were in season one, and how absent they seem to be afterward, he must either be getting good treatment or the writers have forgotten about it.

Sufferers of mental illness who have Hughie's level of intelligence frequently look up details of their own and other illnesses, as well as the details of medications. He cannot possibly be so ignorant to believe he can find a superhero who suffers from bipolar by simply searching for lithium.

Factual errors

At 4:54, The Legend says "Mindstorm's not crazy. He's bipolar". Subsequently, Hughie proposes a search around the cabins owned by Mindstorm for pharmacists that have dispensed "lithium".

Notwithstanding that lithium is but one of a number of medications prescribed for bipolar disorder, it is also toxic. People treated with lithium salts or lithium carbonate must get regular blood tests in order to ensure that the concentration of lithium in their blood does not reach toxic levels. Symptoms of lithium toxicity include agitation and confusion, two things Mindstorm would not want if he did not wish to be found. Effects of lithium toxicity range from hypothyroidism to seizures and death.

Assuming that Mindstorm went to the trouble to seek medications, lithium would likely be his last choice, knowing how much exposure the potential complications of taking it without proper medical supervision entail.

Miscellaneous

Soldier Boy's shield is supposed to be extremely heavy, so much so that Hughie couldn't even make it move an inch. However, when Soldier Boy picks it up out of Butcher's car the rear of the car doesn't rise up from the the weight being removed.
