Ladybug manages to assemble an amazing team of superheroes now that she is Guardian of the Miraculous, but Cat Noir is feeling left out and decides to give up his miraculous. Ladybug now needs to deliver the Cat Miraculous to someone else.

Kuro Neko, Adrien renounces his miraculous because he's feeling left out, and whatever happens in the beginning of the episode really pushes him to do it. Plagg probably then goes to Marinette to inform her that Adrien renounced his miraculous. Then Marinette has to find a replacement for Cat Noir (kinda harsh tbh), where she chooses Adrien to be Cat Noir. But since he can't transform into Cat Noir, he transforms into a different suit to prevent anyone from finding out his identity. That explains why the mystery cat person looks so much like Adrien!!Chat Noir gives up his miraculous and ladybug has to find someone to use the black cat miraculous so she goes to Adrien. But since Adrien is already chat Noir, he maybe, sort of changed his "look"...kinda like how Alya changed form rena Rouge to Rena Furtive. So in this case, Chat Noir changes into Kuro Neko.Chat Noir gives up on all the super hero stuff after LB yells at him. He leaves his ring on the rooftop where LB finds it. She goes back to her room and tells the kwamis that she has to choose a new Chat Noir. All the Kwamis are devastated by the news BUT the problem is LB can't know the identity of the new chat Noir, even though she is the guardian, she is still Ladybug thus they're not supposed to know each others identities, so Plagg tells Ladybug that he can find them a "new" chat Noir. After some persuading by Plagg, Ladybug finally agrees and let's him go. Plagg goes back to Adrien and tries to convince him to be Chat Noir again. Plagg tells him that he can change is "look" to suit his new role. Adrien agrees and decides to become "Cat Walker". And one thing I noticed about his new suit is that it's more "gentlemanly" since he wants to have a do-over as Ladybugs partner who is more respectful and less flirtatious unlike his previous suit where he had messy hair and leather which reflected Adriens wild side and gave off "bad boy" vibes (something he thinks that LB isn't too fond of). But if this is true, it would also mean that the Black Cat Miraculous will no longer be Adriens escape from what he is expected to be as Adrien Agreste, the perfect son.Cat Noir doesn't look the same, with his suit and stuff, it could mean he was akumatized and someone else is using it. Adrien is smart enough to know that if he is feeling negative emotions then he'll be akumatized, and he took the miraculous off so nothing bad happened. The reason why he's sad might be because of the cheek kiss, and Lila has made him think that Ladybug is playing him, or trying to steer him away from the fact he's being replaced (how she knows what has happened idk). Gabriels doing some stupid stuff and maybe he accidentally akumatized Adrien without thinking. Now, who would be using the Cat Miraculous? Felix. It looks like him in the photo, and possibly (if Gabriel breaking the coma machine was before the whole cat noir change) Felix and his mother came to the Agreste mansion to figure out what happened/be there for emotion support. Ladybug goes to the Agreste mansion (because plagg was at her house and she needs someone to use it), and finds Felix. Felix accidentally reveals that Gabriel is Shadow Moth (I'm pretty sure he knows, I haven't watched the last few episodes) and that's 1, why she's in Adriens bathroom, and 2, why she's crying. I doubt that the creators would make Shadow Moth more powerful than Ladybug and Cat Noir, so it seems like he's getting more powerful but as he's getting more power, his identity is being revealed. We know that these last few episodes are going to be huge, and there will be a huge plot twist or breakthrough. Going back to the crack in the coma machine, maybe Gabriel has broken it because he has lost the rings, which is what keeps him in control of Adrien and Felix (if the sentimonster theory is true).
