This is the first episode since it was announced that dynasty is unfortunately not coming back for a sixth season :( this episode was GREAT though! Loved the plot, humor and seriousness. I wonder what the finale will look like but we still have 11 episodes to go.

I was so excited to see Iris come back since we last saw her in season 1 and I enjoyed that we saw an another OG character from season 1 since Luella Culhane from episode 3(I think), and I also love Fallon dressing as a nun scene where she was looking for Iris, but I was sad beacuse Daniel died and I was a bit mad at Sammy Jo for saying "I finally have my whole family in one room" so Celia doesn't exist anymore? Even though I still love Sammy Jo. (BTW the quoted sentence is not word to word i think), Great Episodd and we need more Iris.

Wow. I didn't think Dynasty was ever going to be able to surprise me again, but here we are. 5x11 could easily be argued the best of the season along with 5x01 and 5x02 due to its such high level of drama and craft. India had such a rich understanding of what makes Dynasty tick, between the delightful action of having a character say the episode title within the episode (this needs to continue!), the maturity and weight the episode held as it discussed abuse, regret, and the mistakes of the past. Plus, keeping the level of quality of writing Iris received in the first season in this episode. That is no easy feat. That's not even mentioning an amazing Steven mention and actual character development for Sam. His storyline with Daniel and Iris is the most interesting his character has been since Steven left, not surprising since it's an OG storyline after all. What is surprising however is the lack of OG as this season has progressed. The season started so strong with Rita, Dex and Daniel but now it's like we're back to ignoring the original. I desperately hope that isn't the case. Before Dynasty is finished, Steven, Monica and Claudia need to be brought back just as Iris did. They are integral, legacy characters to the show and it can't be finished without bringing them all back in some capacity. Not to mention, we still need to see Caress or Sable, even if it's for an episode. They could easily be tied to the Roger Grimes storyline so that the reboot can end just as the OG did!
Dynasty is BACK, even if it's only for one episode

Wow, Wow, WOW! Where to even begin, THIS is Dynasty. THIS is how you write the show. It felt exactly like a Season 1/2 level episode. There's a reason this episode feels so utterly miles above the rest and it's because it doesn't make a fool of the characters and make everything a joke. Dynasty isn't a comedy, it is a drama- and that's what this episode succeeded at. Kudos! I hope more new and old characters return this season.
