Lines in Whose Line: Ryan's lines: "I'm pregnant. It's yours" and "Your face looks like a butt." Colin's lines: "I woke up naked in a Dumpster" and "Ooh, that's a smell I'll never forget."

At the beginning of the show, Aisha introduces the players as normal, but they are sitting in different seats: Ryan in seat one, Colin in seat two, Greg in seat three, and Wayne in seat four. As Aisha ends the intro, the players go back to their regular seats.
