Mr. Satan's punch at the World Tournament is shown to have a power of "137." Yet later, in the dub, someone comments on him having a punch power of "139." (Master Roshi's power level is 139, which probably created this confusion.)
The animators (correctly) remembered to correct Vegeta's color scheme prior to his arriving on Earth, however they failed to correct the color of Nappa's armor in these episodes. Likewise, Vegeta still appears miscolored during a flashback story told by Raditz.
Lunch appears in the opening/closing credits despite not appearing in the latter half of Toriyama's manga at all (though it's possible she'll appear in flashback scenes).
In the version of the show done after the music copyright infringement scandal, Piccolo's Theme is played in scenes where Piccolo is not even present.
In the English dub, Dende makes a wish to Porunga to revive everyone that died since Bibidi and Majin Buu came to Earth, except the evil ones. He should have said Babidi, not Bibidi.
In the dubbed version for The Final Chapters saga, characters use the term "90 pound weakling." The proper term is "97 pound weakling."
