In one of the bloopers, a smoke bomb unexpectedly exploded on Elliott's chest, making him jump back into the pond in shock. The bomb was not supposed to detonate, but was supposed to emit smoke. This was an accidental mix up of explosives used on set. Luckily, Elliott was not hurt by the explosion but may be mentally scarred for life. Sorry Elliott.
At the end of the big fight scene, the big bomb didn't detonate the way its engineer had planned it to. There was some technical errors in it's design. The entire bomb was supposed to detonate at once, but it instead exploded in segments. Josh (Gluttony) literally said "it didn't work, it didn't go off" the very second before the main part of the bomb went off and created a mini nuke.
Like her character lieutenant Riza Hawkeye, actress Kristen Jarrell is a former lieutenant who served in the U.S. Navy. Kristen even has the exact same height (5'6"), build, eye color, and hair color as Hawkeye. Every actor in this film is very identical to their characters.
In the big fight scene, it was actually the smaller/pin-point aimed fire attack that caused the most physical damage of all the explosions. A half a stick of dynamite was placed too close to Nick (Envy). The blast from the explosion was so strong it knocked Nick back a couple of feet, it also blew out his ear drums. Nick was supposed to be wearing hearing protection for this stunt, but decided not to because he underestimated the power of the dynamite. His underestimation was due to him seeing weaker explosions from the same type of dynamite. WARNING: Please do not use home-made bombs in any indie production. The cast of this film took a huge risk, and were lucky to get away without any serious injuries.
The film was originally supposed to come out towards the end of 2018, but was pushed back 2 whole years in order to re-shoot several scenes and add a few new ones.
