Ree is wearing gloves when she gets up from the chicken coop. When she talks to Thump's wife, the gloves are off. When Thump's wife offers her the drink, the gloves are back on. When Ree drinks and returns the cup, the gloves are off again.
When Ree is talking to Teardrop in the pickup truck at night, Teardrop is not smoking. The camera cuts back and forth quickly between Ree and Teardrop several times with no smoke, and suddenly the camera cuts to Teardrop and we see the smoke of a cigarette coming from out of the frame.
When the kids are setting up bottles to shoot, all the way through to the actual shooting, the cans change position in the line-up several times, and new cans and arrangements appear.
When Gail comes over to Ree's house, they are both standing at the kitchen counter with baby Ned on the counter in his car seat. Ree is eating something out of a cast iron skillet with a fork, Gail pulls out the keys to the truck while Ree is eating with the fork and then throws the keys down onto the counter, but now the fork is in the skillet and no longer on Ree's hand.
When Ashlee is playing on a trampoline with two rocking horses, Ree tells her to "bring Brownie and Cupcake and come in." Ashlee is first seen sitting on Brownie while Cupcake, the pink horse, lies on its side. As she gets off the trampoline, however, Ashlee is riding Cupcake and Brownie is lying on its side.
When Ree is chopping wood and she handles a log it clanks like it would be very dry. Instead of that, the log is seemingly wet and it should not clank like that.
The billet of firewood is very obviously dry as can be told by the way it splits. Wood is usually seasoned for at least over the summer or it won't burn properly. Also, the movie was filmed on location in Missouri, so that's not CGI wood she's splitting.

FLIPPED SHOT: When the sheriff first talks to Ree, the neighbor walks past a truck to eavesdrop. The truck's logo and license plate are reversed, as if in a mirror.
When Ree is in the boat about to use the chainsaw, there is no chain on the bar of the saw.
