Born in Edinburgh, Blair grew up going from boarding school to boarding school due to the eccentricity of his parents, who, full of money, only worried about increasing their wealth. He was alone and isolated from his peers, constantly getting into trouble starting riots in every boarding school that he went to. Blair was a lost child destined for doom, until he came of age and joined the Royal Airforce, channeling his life and building a family.

When the fallout from the omnic war came to his family's mansion, his beloved wife, Roslyn, was killed in the crossfire. After discovering her body, Blair's mind snapped from the strain. Completely unhinged, he abandoned his daughter and followed a dark path of obsession, greed and guilt.

War after war, conflict after conflict, Blair made himself wealthier as both a bounty hunter and a profiteer, while establishing himself as true villain known worldwide.
