Constant bloody and sometimes gory comedic action violence throughout including limb severings, decapitations, stabbings, slashings, bone breaks, shootings and a fight with a cheese grater that feels inherently brutal.
Whole the violence for the first 1.5 hours is over the top, the last half hour contains extremely realistic and grounded scenes of violence which are very disturbing. And very bad for any younger viewers to watch.
Hammers and crowbars are used to break teeth and jaws, a cheese grater is dragged across people's skin, and a mechanical clamp severs a man's arm. There is also a scene where someone's leg gets chopped off, very disturbing to younger viewers.
A man has his head squashed by a huge clamp/vice. Extremely bloody and we see the carnage on screen. The man is seen twisting and breaking his arm before finally getting free which shows the arm gruesomely disparting and ripping. Then the man has his upper arm chopped off as well.
R violence type: blood, gore, brutal and graphic.
Level of violence: 10/10. Extremely violent and gory.

The film had a moderate comedic intensity throughout until the last half hour where it jumps to severe. The film's climax is very dark and shocking.
The entire film is extremely violent and bloody with some incredibly graphic death scenes and kills. This is all handled in a comedic, over the top, cartoony and surrealist way, but it is not for the squeamish.
