At the conclusion of the film as Abby is escaping the Citadel, the sun is setting directly in front of her. When they cut to the view of her running towards camera with the door behind her though, a poorly composited shadow is placed under her feet and to her left when it should be stretched out behind her.
After Hatches disables the lights, 2 guards are assaulted in the dark. While struggling with them, one draws his pistol but the slide is locked back. The weapon would not fire in that moment when critically needed.
Miller says he is a Marine at one point while speaking to Landon in the guard tower. Abby then calls him a 'soldier' when she exposes him for his lying as a active service member. No person calls a 'Marine' a soldier and especially a CIA Operative would know this.
At 49:57, Uri is searching for Hatchet on the security cameras, he says "where are you, you shedim." he should have said "where are you, you shed" in Hebrew/Ivrit, demon (singular) is shed and the plural would be demons/shedim (adding the suffix -im to a word makes it a plural)
When Abby and Uri enter the mess after Hatchet has supposedly killed Miller and Briggs, you can see Briggs' body in the foreground breathe.
At 08:11secs into the film, the front page of a newspaper is shown with the story of the many dead in the hospital bombing. Look closely, and quickly, at the spelling mistake of the word 'amongst'. It has been spelled incorrectly as "amoungst". Something that would not have happened as all story lines are spell checked before going to print.
In the first shot at 01:13 there's a C-Stand and a gas container visible on the right of the frame.
The film starts with news about an explosion in Istanbul, which is in Turkey. Then the camera starts zooming out, first it shows a city that does not resemble the buildings in Istanbul, and then it keeps zooming out to show the explosion is actually in the western part of the Arabian Peninsula in Saudi Arabia.
