When Michael Rooker's character and the female run out of gas, the camera shows the dashboard while the truck is still moving, yet it shows the truck stopped and in park.

As the Ford Explorer is running out of fuel, the camera cuts to a view of the instrument panel showing the gauge at "E". However, the speedometer is pointing to Zero.

When Dr. Hapscomb is ordering treatment for her son in the ER she says "10 units Saline IV push". Saline is an Intravenous solution & is not dosed in units. It is mostly dosed in drops/minute or TKO (to keep open) referring to the vein.

General officers in the United States Army , except for chaplains or judge advocate officers, do not wear branch insignia on their uniforms. Certain branch chiefs may wear branch insignia.

In the scene where Michael Rooker tries to commandeer a woman's car and then decides to hitch a ride with her instead, they run out of gas. When the car is sputtering they show the gas tank as empty but the gear shift is clearly in Park and the speedometer clearly shows zero mph.

The rifle carried by Imogene (that was given to her by an elderly woman) is clearly a prop rifle with a plugged barrel.

When Det. Jack Crowe snatches the rifle from Imogene and turns it around, we hear a cocking sound although he doesn't cock it.

In the emergency room scene, an extra partially enters from the left and stands waiting for his cue. He then grabs his right upper arm with his left hand and walks across the room in pain.
