Continuity

After Sylvia cleans herself up and sits in the diner booth to eat with the rest of the gang, she takes a sandwich slice and removes the toothpick holding it together. But when the scene cuts back to her talking, the toothpick is clearly holding the sandwich in place again.
In the opening minutes of the film as Valentine is leaving the prison, the prison gate closes twice.
When Val and Doc are in the shop looking for a new suit, they get interrupted. In the following shootout Larry gets shot in the hand but in the next scene there is no wound at his hand.

Factual errors

Doc grabs a bottle of pills off the shelf and calls them latanoprost, but latanoprost is a drop for the eye that is kept in the pharmacy refrigerator before dispensing to patients. Later, Valentine opens the capsules that doc says are for glaucoma (latanoprost is for glaucoma), and proceeds to snort the powder inside, which wouldn't be possible with any glaucoma meds as they are almost all drops except for 1 tablet available commercially.
Wendy introduced Oxana as a girl from Minsk (Belarussia). She supposed to speak Belarussian or Russian language. The subtitles mistakenly state she tells this sentence in Russian.
In the 52nd minute Doc tells Val about a Chinese practice of inserting one's penis into a jar filled with bees to be bitten. Bees sting, they do not bite.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Since Sylvia's hands were taped in front of her body she could have easily pulled the tape off of her mouth.

Errors in geography

Wendy tells Val and Doc that her mother couldn't take the cold and relocated to Florida as if the brothel that Wendy, Doc and Val were in was located in a cold climate. However, we later see from long shots of the skyline that the location is Los Angeles.

Character error

Oxana is supposed to be from Minsk (Belarus) but she obviously speaks Ukrainian.
