The movie was covering the story of different sections of people from different stratas of Indian society during the lockdown phase. The story is really close to the very reality. Lives of those sections are also shown by the makers who are generally ignored. Madhav's scene is deeply emotional and generates a lot of sympathy for the couple. Immediate shift of emotions happens from one scene to the next. Its a good story which has shown many things in shorter span of time. The end was also very happy.

Talking about the characters, outstanding acting by all the actors and Mehrunisa has truly stolen the show with her acting skills. Want India Lockdown 2.0 as well.

However, the film is also marred with noticeable flaws - the most conspicuous of which is the disappointingly terrible and distracting background score by Prateik, specially in the first half. Even his quirky music in the first half is harsh on the ears and often too loud when it's in juxtaposition with dialogues for us to be able to hear what the actors are speaking. The comedy writing in the first half tries too hard and the punchline setups are often either too predictable or just don't land. Madhur Bhandarkar is in far more control of the screenplay in the second half and that includes the subtle and unobvious jokes which work really well in it. Watch out for the Zalima moment - easily the funniest sequence of the film.

Talking about the performances, Ayushmann is evergreen and moves the character arc as beautifully as ever. His efforts on the body language deserve a special mention as he retains an easy-to-miss "nerd posture" throughout the film and his comic timing during confrontational scenes is just phenomenal. Shweta basu is a gem of an actor who deserves every superlative in the dictionary. More than her acting, it's her screen presence which is so bright that sometimes it even manages to almost eclipse a fantastic actor like Prateik. Aahana is fantastic in her liberal mother role but she isn't given enough to chew in the first half. Aahana does well as the self-possessed but still figuring herself out character. Special mentions for the supporting actors who plays the teen girl and the nurse.

The screenplay is decent. There are some entertaining scenes while some are boring and unnecessary. The movie is based on doctors life. Drama movie. The end of the movie is somewhat emotional. The movie is a complete adult movie. The movie has some dialogues which are meant for adults. Double meaning dialogues are more in this movie. Moreover, there is no bad scene in the movie. The movie has some comedy scenes. The performance of all the actors in the movie is good. Specially Prateik performance is very good. There is no music in the movie. I didn't like any of the songs. No background score. Overall one time watchable movie. The movie will be boring after the second viewing. Bad movie editing. A minimum of 10 to 15 minutes of scenes could have been cut. This movie would have been better if the unnecessary scenes were cut.

After a long time I am seeing a unique story based Bollywood film which is full of suspense and Prateik and Rakul Preet Singh acting is superb. This film will create a history in Indian cinema. After a long time I am seeing acting of Ayushman Khurrana which is outstanding. Many times I have seen that only dubbed movie release in Bollywood but made a superb movie. In India Lockdown movie classical music we can listen and music is fit according to situations and condition which is best. Audience are happy to see this movie and supporting very well which is good. According to me I'll give 10/9 rating. Highly recommend to everyone must watch..

The greatest film in Indian cinematic history that I have ever watched. Top Comedy, somewhat romantic The plot was fantastic. The finest aspect of the movie is Aamir Khan, who is perfect for the role. Beginning of the movie till its conclusion Really Outstanding I'll laugh aloud if I continue to watch it. MOVIE. A moving film with many of societal teachings. When you watch this movie from beginning to end, it's as if you're traveling the whole way with the characters. It encourages enjoyment and amusement while also stimulating thought. I've already seen it 100 times, and you'll still like it. Funny, uplifting, and moving, it imparts many life lessons and shows how to live!!! BRAVO!!!!

Considering how much of the film is told from his perspective. This film is to Western audiences what Dead Poet's Society was to those in the 1960s. In addition, the visual and melodic epics of Bollywood. There's a heady mix of flavors there. In order to offer a fair rating, I attempt to find the best aspects of the movies I see. There's no way I could rate this film lower than a 10. The positive points in it sprang out to me without any effort on my part. If you can spare the time, I suggest viewing it in one sitting. When we think about Bollywood, one thing that springs to mind is elaborate narrative set in fantastical settings. They are removed from reality and have nothing to gain from it. However, this film remains a stalwart, demonstrating that Bollywood isn't all about manufactured fantasy worlds. This legendary masterpiece was created by many geniuses working together. This is where my favorite Bollywood actor shines; he is not simply another performer, but rather a wise guy. There are high-class Bollywood stars that act in movies that are so inexpensive that it even threatens their solid reputation. One thing about him that stands out to me is that he doesn't pursue every job and just seeks quality. He develops a better style of thinking as he advances in his job. His demonstrates a great level of maturity.

Before interval everything seems interesting and after that everything changes to disappoint You'll enjoy the first half of the movie as it is filled with good jokes and punch lines. In the second half everything goes down hill as the story takes a very different approach towards the characters. The cast is really great as acting wise everyone does a fabulous job I have given it a 10 star just coz of the performance by the actors. Other than that it will stoop even lower. The song Step Copy was also missing from the movie, saw it on the YouTube ads god knows what was going on. Highly recommend to everyone must watch this movie.

This is a very, very long film--with a run-time of almost three hours. When a movie is bad or just okay, this can seem like forever, but sinceis a very, very good film I loved its length. And, like most films of the genre, it has its share of the usual singing and dancing so foreign to films from other countries. One thing you should know, however, is that defining the type of film it is isn't really easy. Much of it is a comedy, but it also has many poignant moments (keep the Kleenex nearby), some existential moments where they explore the meaning of life and work and it's also a tender film about friendship. And, as my daughter pointed out when she saw the film, she loved that the men in the movie are not afraid to cry--something you rarely see in western films.

When you see the title of the movie and know that it was best grossing Bollywood film that went around the world as a hit all around - well, you expect something watered down, something for everyone. Maybe in some way it is for everyone, but by far this is not bad. Both humour and emotional quotients are amalgamated in the right proportion, full credits to for that... Film offers lots of quality rib-tickling moments .. The intermission point offers a twist that is totally out of the blue and keeps you hooked to the movie ! Just when you think this feel-good comic caper is leading to its culmination, there is another surprising element at the climax which is brilliantly.

This movie is funny, charming, loving, did i mention funny? Will make u tear from laughing as well as in other moments. One second you'll be laughing, and the next second you'll feel their pains. Lots of ups and downs. Awesome movie........must watch for everyone. He has always been great. Old classic movies to all the new ones. He has broadened his horizon. Amazing actor who plays serious parts as well as goofy roles. He kind of reminded me . Man is brilliant. The Dean of the school was also hilarious. I know that had to be a hard role to play, but wow did he pull it off. Highly recommend to everyone must watch this movie its really awesome movie in India.

Hey, aficionados of India Lockdown, you're going to really like this film, since it was not only amusing but also heartfelt and silly. It's an excellent sequel to the first film. I have no doubt that other hocus pocus enthusiasts will like this film as much as I did. The full film I had a huge grin on my face because I adored this film with all my heart, and this may be a controversial statement, but I believe that this film is somehow superior than the original. I adore the first film with all my heart, but this one seems to be my favorite. Anyone reading this review who has not yet seen the film should do so immediately. You'll adore it!

I wasn't really anticipating much, since, you know, things aren't so great right now, but it was SO amazing! Honestly, I would think it is just as good as the previous one. In addition, in the year 2022, we had access to outstanding technology, which allowed us some excellent visual effects! The music was also incredible; the score truly sets the scene (and the song... Not to give anything away, but yes, it's incredible) The performers fell back into their Sanderson sisters roles flawlessly! After thirty years, they had not changed at all. And now, the historical context!!! Amazingly well-written, the Sanderson sisters' past was astonishing to uncover. So yes, I really enjoyed it. Even really a film that I would absolutely see again.

I felt it was the ideal stroll down memory lane! It's disappointing that I've already seen bad reviews of this film, and the ones I've read don't seem to 'get it' This movie wasn't meant to be a masterpiece; it was meant to be goofy, campy, and a tribute to what came before! And I believe it did just that. Sarah was my favorite character from the previous film, so I was thrilled that she got more to do in this picture. She actually made me roar with laughter, and it was clear that she cherished every minute! (Disseminate!! ) They seemed to have had an incredible blast filming this short, which makes my heart happy.

There are several rib-tickling moments throughout the film. The intermission point provides an unexpected surprise that keeps you interested in the film! Just when you think this feel-good comedy adventure is coming to an end, there is another unexpected aspect at the conclusion that is beautifully executed. Highly recommend to everyone.

The chemistry between couples in love moments is excellent. I urge everyone to see it and provide praise to the creators. Yesterday, I watched it, and I ADORED it! It's hilarious, the acting is incredible, the plot is fantastic, and the message is so lovely! All the actors, from the lead to the supporting, are fantastic! I truly like the second part of this movie ( india lockdown), especially. Greatest movie I've ever watched in my life. I really recommend it to everyone. One of Prateik most popular and successful Bollywood films is India lockdown. I truly loved this movie, and I really liked it. I want to add that I learnt a lot after seeing this movie, India lockdown. Life is life, and love is love. Probably the greatest tale ever.

I was excited to watch this, and it didn't let me down. Some sequels are terrible, but this one is great. It's great to see the original witches back and doing what they do best. Now that they've made this movie, I'd like to see them in another, but it wouldn't bother me if they didn't, since I've already seen them in this one. A second book shouldn't have taken so long to come out, but I'm so glad it did. The effects in this movie aren't too much, and they look great. I was worried there would be a lot of computer-generated imagery, but even the effects look great. It was great to see the young aahana sisters and learn how everything started.

The lockdown period was a different experience for the entire country... There were so many stories of people that we saw and heard, the only thing we were thinking was thank god, I was safe in the lockdown... But seriously, hats off to those who faced that real badtime... All artist performed so real and fabulous... and also very congratulate to entire team of "INDIA LOCKDOWN"

Just wanted to say... MADHUR BHANDARKAR SIR IS BACK AGAIN... And thank u for bringing us back to that realistic world of Bhandarkar... Thank u for such a realistic and wonderful film... superb concept, superb presentation...

The majority of Indian films fail to impress me. Especially considering the cultural divide between the West and the East. However, this film was unlike any other. In reality, the film's first half bore many hallmarks of Indian cinema, which served to highlight the disparity between Bollywood and Hollywood. I was disappointed in the film up until it began the second half, which is to be anticipated from a self-described comic film. The culmination of the film adds the necessary tension by exposing us to genuine human dilemmas. Very good movie nice to see this kind of movie making in Bollywood totally surprised. Highly recommend to everyone must watch.
