This won't change your life and it's not especially deep...but it is cute and funny

This short film plays a lot more like an internet Flash animation than a traditional short film. In addition, it isn't especially deep or life-changing. However, it IS funny and well worth seeing if you could use a laugh.

The film is made using very simple animation. It asks the question "How can you shear a sheep?" and illustrates 10 really stupid but funny ways. You see the sheep fighting each other with electric razors, sheep going to fashionable boutiques for odd hair styles and even one spinning round and round in an astronaut training device until the wool comes flying off! It's all in good fun, but the animation is far from cutting-edge (get it?). Still, it's a nice little film and you could do a lot worse.

A very cute and funny cartoon short

Warning: Spoilers
As the title implies, this cheerfully silly romp shows ten different (and uproariously ridiculous) ways to shear a sheep. Among the kooky methods shown herein are Velcro, using a vacuum cleaner, having a sheep get a string of wool caught on a fence as it's walking down a sidewalk, two sheep fighting with electric razors, and even using dynamite. The definite comic highlight occurs when a sheep goes to a trendy hair salon to get an especially chic shearing. Writer/director Gareth Crook relates this amusing diversion in a pleasingly short'n'snappy two minutes. Crooks' funky-bumpin' score keeps things bubbling throughout. Granted, the animation is pretty basic and unsophisticated, but it does the trick just the same. And don't miss the hilarious disclaimer at the very end. A real hoot.
