I was looking forward to season 3 and the first episode does not disappoint. This takes place 5 years after the end of season 2. Akiva is now married to Libbi, father of a baby girl and a full time painter but something is not quite right and not only his need for cash.
His father is the usual extrovert troublemaker headmaster and Ruchama works as his secretary. She is still married with soporific Hanina but no children yet.
Finally, Ruchama's parents are managing a small restaurant and trying to find a match for their eldest son Yosa'le, but as mentioned by Menukha, the matchmaker, the Weiss cannot do anything right and Yosa'le first meeting ends up as a major disaster.
