At the end when Wendy is surrounded by her dead family, you can see Beryl breathing.

The doll, Humpty Dumpty, clearly gets taller when he moves, presumably because he is played by a person in costume in those scenes. This is obvious the first time he stands up behind Beryl - suddenly he is human size.

The mother, Wendy burns her left hand while making tea. Her daughter Liz bandages her up. The doorbell rings, Liz gets up to answer it. The next shot of Wendy shows no bandage on either hand. They are then seen at a shop, Wendy's left hand is back to being bandaged, as shown while holding up a dress.
