The police car pursuing the alien's car at the start has a different license plate number to the back when shown from the front.
The cop Harris pursuing the suspect at the beginning of the story is clearly voiced by Don Messick. Later in the Sheriff's office however, Don Messick is now voicing the Sheriff in very much the same way, and when Harris comes in with some evidence, he is now voiced by a different actor.
