The Moldovan director (often seen as a Romanian one), Igor Cobileanski, has just completed shooting on his second feature film, Flying Lessons (La limita de jos a cerului). His first feature, Tache, was made for TV and released back in 2007. But that’s not what has made him so well-known in Romania. Cobileanski has got a lot of fans with his comedy short films: Sașa, Grișa and Ion (Sașa, Grișa și Ion) (see below) and When the Lights Go Out (Când se stinge lumina). He first started shooting Flying Lessons last year, in mid October, in Orhei city, Republic of Moldova, and now the film is in post-production.
