Clark takes the night-train from Oostende (Belgium) to Brussels (Belgium) where he meets his future wife, Marijke. He says that he is on his way to Brussels and Marijke says she is stopping in Brussels where she lives and Clark can join her. There is no night-train from Oostende to Brussels and the distance between both cities is only 113 km. In the series it is portrayed that the journey takes a night which is not possible. Clark Olofsson met his wife, Marijke Demuynck, then 19 years old, on a train in a German station. When he met his to-be wife Marijke, Clark had escaped from the Norrköping prison and robbed a bank in Copenhagen at the time, and he was on the run from the cops. He did not arrive by sailing boat in Oostende as portrayed here.

The video quality and typeface shown on the CCTV at the prison does not match the video technology in 1976.
