Family Guy

Continuity

When escaping from Hoth, only Leia, Han, and Chewie are seen entering the cockpit of the Falcon, but after Han says "Punch it!", C3PO is sitting behind Chewie.
When Han hides the Falcon in a cave, before going in there is a disabled parking sign. However when they go in the cave, there is no disabled parking sign there.
Vader switches positions from when he's telling Luke about running the galaxy as two dudes.
The repairman who finds Luke's hand is standing by an open hatch and his toolbox, but after he tells Luke "Nope", the hatch and toolbox have vanished.
When Luke has the vision of his friends in trouble, he throws on his orange pilot's jacket and climbs the ladder to the X-Wing; he is still wearing his dirty Dagobah pants, but when he asks Yoda why he doesn't fight Vader, he is wearing his orange pilot's pants.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When the camera pans over to Yoda (Carl) when he says "Hey who are you?", his mouth is not moving with the speech.

Character error

Yoda says a "guy" flashes at the end of Teen Wolf (1985). It was actually a woman not a guy, and she doesn't actually flash at all.
When Emperor Palpatine contacts Darth Vader and offers him an array of CDs he's giving away, he lists Richard Marx's "Hold Onto the Night", but that was the name of Marx's first #1 single; the album on which it appeared was his eponymous debut, "Richard Marx".
Chris/Luke misreads the letter from Back to the Future Part II (1989). Chris reads, "If my calculations are correct, you will receive this letter after the DeLorean vanished." The actual line is, "If my calculations are correct, you will receive this letter immediately after you saw the DeLorean struck by lightning."
