Beth's piano, which was covered-up and apparently not used for a long time, was absolutely perfectly in tune when Logan plays it. Pianos do not hold their tune like this.
On the anniversary of Beth's brother's death, she begins tearing down the ivy and the climbing roses in the garden with her bare hands crying with grief. Logan sees this comes to stop her even though she has already done a great deal of damage. However there is not one drop of blood or scratch on her hands which would've been seriously damaged because of the rose thorns.
At the beginning of the movie when Logan arrives and stops on the bridge he s looking towards the river. Well there are no Lighthouse there.
Keith has been driving a Dodge Challenger; however, when Beth goes to Keith's house, Keith has a GTO.
Logan said he comes from Colorado but in fact he's all the way in the south going up north because he's walking on Jean Lafitte bridge. Same place where they built the fake restaurant peer with the rusty metal roof.
