The amount of clapping changes with each new camera shot in the board room scene.

After the people are rescued from the bus and are sprayed with the yellow liquid, they lay down and die in the face down position. In the still shots just after, two of them are face up.

When Rod is filling up the van and the birds start attacking, he lays the gas pump nozzle on the ground. In the next shot as the van is leaving, it is hung up on the pump.

The man who robs Rod of gasoline is walking backwards when he is attacked by a bird which slashes his neck. As he is still walking and before he falls down, his face is OK. In the next shot he has a wound on his face as well as his neck.

When Becky is using the bathroom out in the open, a bird flies by and attacks her and leaves the shot. The very next scene shows the bird on top of her.

Rod mentions that his Ford Mustang is a hybrid car. There are no hybrid Mustangs.

During the news cast, the television screen showing the stock car race footage has "Getty Images" super-imposed over it.

In a number of shots, the badly inserted CGI birds disappear before the shot ends, and in at least one occasion, they drastically change position just before the shot cuts.

When the forest is set on fire, one shot fades into the next, and during the crossfade effect, the fire disappears.

It is very obvious during the bird attack scenes that the characters are either shooting their guns or swinging their hangers at nothing so that the birds can be CGI inserted later.

Some of the birds fly without moving their wings, even when other birds in the same shot need to flap their wings to stay in the air.

Near the end of the movie when Rod is shooting at the birds with the pistol from the van, the recoil is out of sync with the sound of the shots.

During the closet hanger attack sequence, one of the guys struggles to unlock the van door and the camera (including its tripod) is reflected in it.

When Ramsey pulls off the road and shoots his assault rifle at the birds, the camera and director's red cap are reflected on the van's rolled down window.

While Rod and Nathalie wander toward a flock of birds, the cameraman's footsteps can be heard crunching in the sand.

The clerk at the convenience store tells Rod that he can't use the telephone because the lines are down, yet he runs Rod's credit card through a credit card machine, which uses telephone lines to process transactions.

The Birdemic is supposed to be all birds attacking everyone. When the group is having a picnic there are some birds in the background doing nothing.

Some of the dive-bombing birds explode upon impact, others do not, mostly when they land near the main characters.

When the characters went on a double date, the films advertised on the marquee outside the theatre were released at the end of November 2008 but yet Rick and Nathalie later attended a Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival which was more than a month earlier in October.

During the early attacks on the van, the other traffic proceeds normally, as if nothing strange is going on.

Rod whines about how much he paid for the gas when the other guy tries to steal it, yet after the guy is killed he walks right past the gas can and leaves it (and the gun) on the ground and then takes off in the van.
