- One of the levels in the story mode contains a strip club, with meerkats pole dancing.
- Some rebellious uploaders will sometimes upload content that is of an explicit sexual nature, these can be removed by Greif Reports
Violence & Gore

- While your sackperson can die by falling, landing in fire, tumbling into a bed of nails, or other dangerous things.
- He or she will always be "respawned" at the closest save point, and thankfully the game has many.
- Online levels can be VERY gory and disturbing.
Profanity

- Many users will swear in their comments, these are normally replaced with stars when uploaded but this is easily loopholed by placing a space in the swear word. For example should someone write "Fuck" it will come out as "****" but if they write it as "Fu ck" it will stay that way. However, profanity comes out completely uncensored in text chat.

- Some missions are intense to some young players.
- Some user created levels can be scary and disturbing.
- Overall if online is disabled then should be good for 3+ With online it really depends on the parent but I would recommend about 8+ for online content as a lot of the profane content is deleted by moderation.
