The main story involves a poisoning in which certain seeds are eaten which totally change one's taste buds for several hours. Hence, people at this wild party wind up eating all kinds of outrageous foods. Unfortunately, one also drinks a liquid with poison in it. Hey, the "new" tastes didn't notice anything different. The victim is a well-known fashion designer so the question is, who wanted her killed.
Meanwhile, Stella might be getting in trouble by ignoring her boss's orders to stay out the Greek coin case, but she isn't listening.
We also have a young, pretty woman who has a crush on Mac and is causing him grief, and the continuing saga of Danny and Lyndsay.
