A story that everyone should hear.

Don't expect the same big post-production budgets, or strong political agendas associated with most of the films in this genre. "The Corporal's Diary" is a straight forward story of hopes, dreams, & the impact people can have on each other.

Hours have passed since I watched it, and I am still unable to find words that will convey my feelings. Simply put, this is something that everyone needs to see, despite how emotionally difficult it will be to sit through.

It's the most moving tale I have heard in along time.

Thank you.

Amazing

This is the heart-wrenching story of one of my fellow comrades who died in defense of American ideals in Iraq. A truly moving portrait of an Army family and how that family has dealt with the loss of a son and brother. Gripping from the first second, you will weep, laugh, and feel. As a Soldier with my first deployment ahead of me, the mom's description of the deadly attack and her reaction to the men sent to tell the family of her son's death moved me beyond words. I wanted to call my mom, go to her, hug her, but I can't. I'm over here and she's over there. Jonathan Santos. Aspiring writer. Aspiring movie-maker. Brother. Son. Hero.
