The Generals eye patch was also lost/delayed with a skid shipment being late and misplaced. Hence the story of the General hurting is eye had to be added to the script so he could then wear it.

Tina's famous locket was lost for some time when a trucking company lost an entire skid and forced it to be misplaced. Instead of Tina wearing it, you see it only once in a briefcase.

The original Jason Hood was lost in shipping and was not available until the last 3 days of shooting. Hence changing the entire opening and death scenes where Jason was supposed to be mask less.

Tina is seen playing Nintendo's Super Mario Bros. 3, which wasn't released until 1990, yet Tina's scenes are set in 1989.
