The title refers to 'Cesar Romero' who was the suave and sophisticated Latin lover of the silver screen and went on to be the Joker on the 1960's Batman series.
In the opening monologue, Red jokes about the large number of westerns on TV. In the main sketch, J. B. Earnshaw, president of the Crunchy Wunshy breakfast cereal company, orders his advertising executive (Ceasar Romero) to sponsor a western for the next TV season. As all of the famous cowboy heroes have already been taken, Romero sets out to find someone who is available and locates Sheriff Deadeye. Regular off screen announcer Art Gilmore has a brief cameo before the cameras on this show.
