Not all cast and crew members were available to be interviewed for the documentary. The composers felt that their input wasn't necessary, while other actors lived too far away.
After editing together all of the interview, Callum Knox realized that some important topics were missed, and not everything cut together as well as intended. Callum eventually opted to shoot additional interview material with himself to fill in the gaps and make sure everything was covered. This is why there are two interview sessions with Callum throughout the documentary.
William Ridley conducted and filmed the interview with Callum Knox after watching a workprint of the movie.
While filming the interview with Emma Monk, the camera's shutter speed was accidentally changed instead of the camera aperture. This is why Emma's interview looks strange in motion.
This documentary is included on the two-disc DVD and Blu-ray set of Betrayals & Bullets: The Dame (2015), available exclusively through Expendable Films.
