Peter insists upon taking his birds on the family vacation. He is shows loading them, but they are never seen or heard from again (for example, we hear no squawking in the car and they aren't seen flying from the wreckage when the car goes over.)

The temperature that the Persian DJ mentioned, 27 Centigrade (aka Celsius), is not hot at all. It is 80.6 degrees Fahrenheit, rather comfortable. He should have said 47 Centigrade which is 116.6 Fahrenheit.
While driving, Lois asks Brian to check on Stewie. He doesn't bother and just says he's fine as if he did. If he had actually done as asked they would have discovered him missing far earlier, yet Lois never notices or calls him out for not actually checking on Stewie as she had asked.
