In the middle segment of the car crash, the film is reversed (the car spins the wrong direction).
At the end of the movie, Steve is walking down a road, the cars passing him are on the wrong side - they come over the hill on the wrong side of the road.
(at around 13 mins) Steve comes home saying "hello" but his lips are clearly saying something else.
In the final scene, as the car pulls away on the supposedly empty road at night, you can see the reflection on the front of the car of police light bars coming from off camera.
