Tori Anderson reminds me of a sweeter Gwenyth Paltrow

Truly, I thought Tori was amazing in her role as Scarlett. The movie was intended to be sweet - and it certainly was. I loved the beachfront B&B setting. Just beautiful.

A romantic and touching love story
RaniaALDMR31 December 2021
Nowadays, more and more "romantic" movies seem to look like a superficial, hastily made product that doesn't really convey neither the feeling of love nor the magic of love. In the film, the setting, the acting, the music, the atmosphere, everything transports us to this world, this feeling, this elsewhere where fiction and dreams are so close to reality. The director did a great job.

Disappointed in the story and writing. Not very family friendly. Not cool

Warning: Spoilers
About midway through, I really started to dislike the main characters, and the female leads parents.

The movie centers around a wedding. Commitment and trust are the centerpiece of any relationship.

And the leads just discount the boyfriend from NY, as though he was some typical jerk. But, he appears to be a very nice & reliable man. Someone who showed up when she needed him too. But, those parents practically pushed the male lead to break them up, and encouraged their daughter to cheat on her boyfriend. A boyfriend she has been committed enough to that she was going to introduce him to her parents this week.

Then, even as she was getting dressed for her own wedding, the bride also encouraged her sister to break her boyfriend's heart, when he's done absolutely nothing wrong.

Why can't people let her relationship take its course? If it's not meant to be, the other man will be waiting.

I'm really disappointed with a family network, that they encouraged such a storyline.

Perfect Chemistry, storyline, acting, scenery; but...

Warning: Spoilers
...someone fire the camera man! This movie was perfect except for the camera angles at the climax: the kiss at the end! All of the chemistry the actors so beautifully portrayed was not given its proper justice at the end by the bad camera work. The movie is called "You May KISS the Bridesmaid"...so film the kiss like it should be filmed! So sad! This movie was perfect up until that. It was so refreshing to find a movie with great acting, NOT cheesy, wonderful chemistry between the two main actors....and then they blow it at the end with the terrible camera work. Otherwise, I would've given it 10 stars.

There is no chemistry between the main actors and the supposed relationship. We're definitely not talking Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey.

Filmography is nice. Acting is poor and awkward. And, Tori Anderson's voice is so low I would think she had two raisins and a tic tac down there.
