A young man opens his window on a sunny morning. He talks on the phone with his girlfriend, who talks incessantly. The man puts the phone on the sink while he dresses. The chattering woman does not notice. He picks her up by car and they go to a summer cottage. The woman chats all the time. In the cottage, on the beach, in the evening when they dance - she talks all the time. He makes a few attempts to approach but she talks it away. He suggests that they take a rowing trip in the moonlight, which they also do. He is rowing on a foundation. When she got out of the boat to shoot it loose, he rowed away from her. She stands screaming and talking.
