Elle's softer side very much on show, sympathising with Rachel and Angus a lot more than their supposed friends do and refusing to go along with Paul's ambush. You do wonder how Angus was allowed into that school, after being fired for sleeping with a student. You'd think Dan or Helen would have had him banned. And it's nice that Carmella's the one who knows Elle's side of the story.
Nice too to see Toadie continuing to support Nicola, being cute and giving her some good advice. He even gets a nice dig in at Paul's expense. And Miranda and Steve get to shout at an increasingly petulant Bridget.Wasn't she walking normally last episode?
The ending is a bit weird. We know that Rachel's innocent and Dan doesn't really seem to have any basis for jumping to his conclusion. Is he trying to get his own back on Libby or Angus? It's annoying that Karl and Susan instantly believe him.At least Libby's still got a brain, at least for this episode.
