In the teaser, there is a small pillow that covers the hips of the model whenever she viewed as if from the artist's perspective; however, whenever she is viewed in profile, as if from her husband's perspective, there is no pillow.
In brief glimpses of the painting from different angles before the artist finishes the work, you can see that the facial portion looks perfectly normal. It is only after the model's husband punches the artist and the artist's wife picks up the canvas from the floor that the painting has a distorted face.
Gregory House is seen eating a piece of chocolate with some aluminum foil still attached to it while in his office at around 13 minutes into the episode.
