The herald introduces "Her Highness, Queen Kane," followed by "Her Majesty, Princess Maghra." In standard protocol, "Her Majesty" is the correct title for a reigning queen, while "Her Royal Highness" is used for a princess. The titles are used inconsistently in this scene.
In the council meeting, Edo Voss appears to be in favor of sighted persons, forecasting that any nation that has sighted people will become the dominant nation, thus, he wants sighted people to be there in his own nation. With such thought, he is still keeping sighted Haniwa in captivity for his personal equation with his brother Baba, and there is sighted Wren under his own command he is not even aware of that, this is inconsistent. If Edo was supporting sighted people, he should have generated faith in Wren to come open about her being sighted, and helped Haniwa to use her sight to make Edo's nation better.
