When Rebecca takes a picture of her and Sara in front of the wall of graffiti, the camera screen shows just their heads. When Rebecca looks at the picture, it shows the top half of them and it is from a top angle instead of down below.
When Rebecca is choking Sara her hair is blonde again when shown from the front and brown when shown from the back.
When Stephen taps Sara on the shoulder, startling her, she gets up and hugs him, placing her head on his right shoulder. However, in the next shot, she is still hugging him, but her head is resting on his left shoulder.
When Rebecca is lying on the floor after Sarah stabbed her in the back, at first there is a piece of hair falling across her face. The camera then flips to Sarah, then when it comes back to a closeup of Rebecca's face, the hair is no longer there.
At the end, when we see the utility knife fall out of the purse, it has a white handle. In the next shot, it's a different utility knife with a black handle.
When Tracey is in the shower and the camera pans down her back, underwear is visible when she turns around.
When Tracy disrobes in the shower scene, a dark blue bra is visible at the bottom of the screen.
When Rebecca rubs her finger across her new tattoo in the mirror, you can clearly see the "ink" cracking as her skin stretches; making it obvious that it is a temporary "rub on" tattoo.
Before the end credits song starts, if captions are on it clearly states "Mirrors" by C-Mon is playing is incorrect it's actually "Houses" by Great Northern.
(at around 4 mins) Stephen says "sorry for spilling beer on you". It was clearly punch he spilled on Sara, not beer.
Sara takes a unknown pill given to her by Rebecca without first finding out what it is.
Rebecca pierces her own ear without sterilizing the pin on the earring.
