This is the second movie in an instructional series issued by the War Department under the umbrella title "Care and Use of Hand Tools". I don't know what the first is, and I don't know there were more. At first I thought it was strange to have training films like this. Then I recalled that I have ruined a few of these tools in my time, mostly for having the wrong-sized screwdriver than any other reason. So its utility was undoubtedly real, although I don't recall ever mishandling tools the way described in the wrap up.
