Goofs

In the scenes with "Little Blue", the sky changes from overcast to clear and sunny whenever the soldier with the handheld radio set is seen. (There was famously no clear sky in the first few days of the offensive, which is why the allied planes were grounded.)

The US Army was racially segregated in WWII. Units were either all white or all back, not mixed-race.

The soldier was trying to use the field phone in the back of the Jeep. The phone needs to be connected by wire to another field phone. The phone is not a radio. Taking it to a higher ground will not do anything.

The handi-Talki has a cap over the concealed antenna. The soldier was trying to use the radio without using the antenna therefore contacting anyone is impossible.

Tom Berenger's character is Maj. McCulley and is called that, but he wears a silver maple leaf which is the insignia for a Lt. Col.

The Germans are seen using Bazookas, and the Americans are shown using Panzerfausts. This is the opposite of how it should be depicted.
